Cyber Syntric Private Limited aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all subscription and service transactions.
We believe in transparent and fair policies. This document outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellations and refunds on the Cyber Syntric platform.
Subscription Cancellation
You have full control over your subscriptions and can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing or renewals
- Access to subscribed features continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial usage-based refunds are provided for unused subscription periods
Refund Policy
All payments made for subscriptions, service packages, platform credits, or AI-powered tools are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.
- Refunds may be considered for duplicate or accidental multiple payments
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing may be refunded
- Failed transactions where payment was deducted but service access was not provided
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
Marketplace & Third-Party Services
Cyber Syntric operates as a marketplace platform. Refunds for third-party services follow different rules:
- Refunds for third-party services are subject to the individual service provider's policies
- Cyber Syntric does not guarantee refunds for services delivered by third-party providers
- Any service-related disputes should be resolved directly with the respective provider
Credit-Based Services
Platform credits have specific terms and conditions for usage and redemption:
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased or allocated
- Credits are valid only for use within the Cyber Syntric platform
- Unused credits do not carry cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, Cyber Syntric reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision shall be final and communicated in writing.
